We perform all design work, fabrication, and testing in-house–we do not use subcontractors. Your project is assigned to a ProFlow project manager who works directly with you. Thanks to clear and direct lines of communication and responsibility, our close-knit team can expedite your project in a timely, cost-effective manner.
Our project engineers have the latest computer design tools for preparing P&IDs, 3D modeling of piping and structural layouts, mechanical, electrical, and control panel designs. This software, along with our extensive library of standard products, components, and customer equipment, enables industry-leading efficiency and enhances our design, review, and revision processes.
ProFlow’s industry “seals of approval” include ASME U and R stamps for the fabrication and repair of pressure vessels, and ASME certification for TIG and MIG welding of carbon steel, stainless steels, and various high nickel alloys. ProFlow Inc. is ISO 9001:2015 certified with TUV Rheinland of North America.
Your ProFlow system comes complete with detailed drawings, PLC program documentation, parts list, and field-proven operating instructions. This package is a valuable tool in the installation, start-up, operation, and maintenance of your equipment.
In addition to our field service group, who can assist at start-ups and field repairs, our project engineers are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to help you troubleshoot and resolve any technical problems. With modem connections to the system controls, we can remotely run diagnostics and initiate corrective action.
Our real strength lies in our ability to control all elements of the process, from design through commissioning. We have worked long and hard to develop best practices and methods, and we manage our work under our quality program. This insures that every system follows the same process, from design, to fabrication, to startup–every time.
